Roshella is a dental laboratory in Dubai. We design every restoration digitally for accuracy, finish it by hand for a natural result, and check it against your prescription before it leaves the lab.

  1. Scan

    Upload intraoral scans, or book a courier pickup for impressions. Add the prescription and shade.

  2. Design

    We design the restoration in CAD and send it to you for approval before anything is milled.

    • Margin line traced on your scan
    • Contacts and occlusion checked
    • You approve the design

  3. Mill and sinter

    Zirconia is milled from a soft disc, about a fifth oversized. Sintering shrinks it to its exact size and full strength.

    • Oversized in the soft state to allow for shrinkage
    • Sintered to full strength
    • E.max is pressed, then crystallised

  4. Finish and check

    Stained, glazed and checked against your prescription. Then it goes to your clinic.

    • Shade and surface texture by hand
    • Fit checked on the model
    • Courier in the UAE, shipping abroad
